Реакция начинаешься, когда появляется труп или тяжкие телесные. Подготовлен проект закона об ответственности за преследование - жду реакции правительства. Полагаю, дискуссия должна быть продолжена для выработки комплекса эффективных решений, поскольку проблема налицо. И действовать нужно гибко и сбалансированно, учитывая позицию о возможном влиянии на институт семьи как таковой.
