Несколько лет назад мы с Сергеем Леоновым @leONovLIFE (тогда - сенатором, сегодня - депутатом ГД) побывали в одной из пожарных частей Смоленской области.
Местные огнеборцы поделились: они лишены льгот и преференций, имеющихся у их коллег, входящих в федеральную систему МЧС.
После этой встречи мы разработали инициативу, уравнивающую права региональных пожарных с федеральными. Законопроект горячо поддержали в субъектах, МЧС и РОССОЮЗСПАСе. С их помощью мы несколько лет собирали данные и пытались убедить кабмин. Отдельное спасибо членам нашего Комитета - они тоже вступились за работников региональных противопожарных служб.
К сожалению, на это раз инициативу всё-таки отклонили. Работу продолжаем и ищем другие варианты.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
