Согласно новому исследованию компании Academic Work Finland, самыми привлекательными работодателями среди молодых специалистов в Финляндии стали Google, Supercell и Kone.
В опросе приняли участие 2 562 молодых профессионалов, и результаты показали, что крупные технологические компании продолжают привлекать внимание благодаря активному набору сотрудников.
При этом, Apple, ранее занимавшая место в тройке лидеров, немного утратила позиции, а Remedy Entertainment, разработчик игр Max Payne и Alan Wake, значительно укрепила свои позиции в рейтинге.
Опрос также показал, что молодые специалисты не боятся менять место работы, а ключевым фактором удержания сотрудников является заработная плата.
70% респондентов указали, что повышение зарплаты могло бы способствовать их более длительной работе в компании. Важными факторами также являются возможности карьерного роста и новые обязанности.

Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
