А вообще конечно нарочитое вплетение украинской тематики в сирийские события (жёлтый скотч у боевиков, украинские флаги, активный подогрев темы на украинских ресурсах) – это, с одной стороны, плевок в сторону интересов России на Ближнем Востоке, а с другой – попытка информационно перебить потерю Донбасса.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
