В Приложении помещены переводы на современный язык новгородских сочинений: Жития Арсения Коневского, новгородского летописания за 1429-1448 гг. и Повести о походе Ивана IV на Новгород.

Завершают издание Список печатных работ автора и Указатель личных имен.
