Страны Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС) поддержали предложение Таджикистана по учреждению Совещания руководителей антимонопольных ведомств организации. Об этом ТАСС сообщили в МИД Таджикистана по итогам саммита ШОС в Астане.
"Главы государств - членов ШОС по итогам саммита организации поддержали предложение Таджикистана и приняли решение об учреждении механизма Совещания руководителей антимонопольных ведомств государств-членов", - сказал представитель внешнеполитического ведомства Шохин Самади.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
