ТИК №34 города Санкт-Петербурга всё ещё не пускает кандидатов в муниципальные депутаты.

В ТИКе, как и вчера, искусственная очередь, а кандидатов специально принимают в разы медленнее, чем на самом деле нужно. До закрытия ТИКа осталось меньше двух часов.

Кандидаты самоорганизовались, составили очередь и записывают время, когда кто проходит — как видим, за большую часть рабочего дня комиссия не приняла и половины списка.

Один из членов соседней ТИК №14 вышел к кандидатам обсудить ситуацию. Обратно его на собственное рабочее место не пустила охрана.

Регистрация кандидатов под угрозой срыва. Призываем ЦИК вмешаться в ситуацию.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
