Так, согласно исследованию, размер зарплаты медсестер в Сахалинской области составляет 46 452 рубля — это самый высокий показатель в ДФО. Вот, что значит хорошее отношение к сотрудникам медицинских организаций. С такой оплатой труда не захочется и уезжать из региона на заработки.
Хотя, конечно, почти 47 тыс рублей — это далеко не предел мечтаний. Тем более, если учитывать нынешние цены на товары первой необходимости.
