В Рязанской области возбудили уголовное дело после покупки квартир для детей-сирот по завышенной стоимости. Об этом сообщило региональное СУ СКР.
в 2019 году по итогам конкурса администрация Рязанского района заключила девять муниципальных контрактов на приобретение жилья для детей-сирот, детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, а также лиц из их числа, не имеющих закреплённого жилого помещения.
При этом должностные лица районной администрации не установили рыночные цены на недвижимость. Из-за этого бюджетной системе был причинён ущерб на почти четыре миллиона рублей.
