Администрация Рязани направила обращение в УМВД России по Рязанской области по вопросу проведения проверки в отношении ООО «ДЕГА» по статье 159 УК – мошенничество. Письмо в полицию подписала глава администрации Елена Сорокина 29 июля.
Компания выполняла работы по строительству пристроек к детским садам №№99 и 110. По данным горадминистрации, на данную компанию поступила жалоба от субподрядной организации - ЗАО «Рязанский кирпичный завод» - по вопросу отсутствия платы за поставленные материалы для строительства пристроек к детским садам.
Ранее губернатор Николай Любимов заявлял, что последуют «кадровые решения», если детский сад №99 не будет построен в срок. Вот они и последовали. Теперь подрядчик отстранен от работ, и, по всей видимости, это дело ожидает расследование.
