В г.Кувандыке Оренбургской области с населением 26,4 тыс. человек котельная «Машиностроитель» третья по величине и самая старая. В ней срок службы паровых котлов превышает 37 лет, а отдельного оборудования – 46 лет. Такое же старое и здание.
Сейчас эта котельная находится в ужасающем состоянии: дыры в стенах, на крыше. Дождевые потоки заливают оборудование и котлы во всем здании. Сотрудники ходят по трапам, проложенным на полу.
Между тем, котельная обеспечивает горячей водой и отоплением микрорайон многоэтажных домов, детсад, полицию, магазины. Что ждет жителей в предстоящий осенне-зимний период?
Прошу взять на контроль подготовку к отопительному сезону котельной «Машиностроитель».
Такое письмо мною отправлено в Генпрокуратуру, Минстрой РФ, полномочному представителю Президента РФ в Приволжском федеральном округе, депутату Госдумы Заварзину В.М.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
