Газпром сообщил что раздумывает о сокращении центрального аппарата. Сегодня в нем работает 4100 человек, фонд оплаты труда которых составляет 50 млрд рублей в месяц.

Несложный подсчёт показывает, что средняя зарплата в месяц составляет 1 млн рублей на каждого из 4100 сотрудников.

Средства, вырученные от сокращения штатов, намечено направить на «повышение мотивации персонала», то есть на премии оставшимся.

Традиционные ценности (настоящие, а не выдуманные) они такие. Без всякого социалистического перераспределения ХХ века.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
