С июня 2021-го по август 2023-го года подсудимый, действуя как из корыстной, так и из иной личной заинтересованности, продал через подконтрольные ему физические и юридические лица продукцию "Росхимзащиты" по цене, которая была ниже производственной стоимости. Действия мужчины нанесли АО "Корпорация "Росхимзащита" имущественный вред на сумму 6 миллионов 878 тысяч рублей.
Приговором суда мужчине назначено 4 года лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 3 года.
