Изменения вносятся и в форменную одежду всех служащих – это должен быть костюм синего цвета. У лиц высшего начальствующего состава на куртках и брюках предусмотрены канты и лампасы красного цвета, на воротнике – шитье золотистого цвета. Переход на новую форму одежды должен произойти с учетом носки прежней.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result.
