При этом, у провайдера "Ростелеком" видеохостинг работает нормально, у МТС тоже нет никаких проблем при просмотре видео. И только M2_connect впереди планеты всей. Следует иметь в виду, что принудительная блокировка или замедление видеохостинга на территории РФ не была подтверждена официально. Проблемы с просмотром РКН объясняет деградацией кэш-серверов. Какая-то избирательная деградация получается. Именно М2_connect оказался подвержен ей сильнее остальных провайдеров. Подозреваю, что клиентам M2_connect подобное отношение к качеству предоставляемого сервиса не понравится. Благо, что в Осетии есть альтернатива в лице минимум ещё трёх провайдеров.
