По представлению прокуратуры за допущенные нарушения освобожден от занимаемой должности заместитель министра ТЭК и ЖКХ Рязанской области.
Говорят, что это ростовчанин Игорь Гончаров, который тесно сотрудничал с советником вице-губернатора Игоря Грекова Владимиром Арцыбашевым в бытность его работы заместителем мэра Ростова-на-Дону по ЖКХ.
Можно предположить, что поскольку Гончаров не рязанец, то будет трудоустроен так же, как и прочие ростовчане и калужане, ранее работавшие в рязанских органах власти. Советником сенатора от правительства Рязанской области Николая Любимова.
