Ингредиенты:
⚪️Печень индейки/курицы 250 гр. ⚪️Яйцо 1 шт. ⚪️Отварная гречка 1/2 стакана ⚪️Морковь 1/2 ⚪️Лук 1/2 ⚪️Мука 3-4 ст. л.
Печень и овощи пропускаем через мясорубку. Затем добавляем яйцо, гречку и муку. Все перемешиваем и выпекаем на сковороде под крышкой с обеих сторон на среднем огне минуты по 2. Подавать можно со сметаной и зеленью.
