«После начала СВО поставки, я могу сказать конкретно, начались под эгидой главного управления разведки и службы безопасности Украины. Контрабанда идет через участок границы в районе Пскова. Такой наркоэкспансии у нас не было до этого вообще», — сообщил Кабиров.
