Между тем, основа основ континентальной системы права - Римское право, достаточно серьезно карало за любую степень ущерба виновную сторону. К слову говоря, порог субъектной юридической ответственности наступал с 7 лет. Восхищаюсь мудрости римских юристов. Но, тогда ведь не было интернета. А сейчас есть. Сейчас порог ответственности 18, а тогда 7. Как быстро растёт поколение, однако. 🤔
