Обучение они проходили совместно с коллегами из шведской Östgruppen. Примечательно, что они также плечом к плечу выступали за отмену закона об иноагентах в РФ. А «Мемориал» и вовсе подал в Европейский суд иск о том, что российский закон об иноагентах нарушает Европейскую конвенцию по правам человека.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
