Проблема в одном - запрещенные и признанные экстремистскими Instagram и Facebook позволяли неплохо монетизировать контент. Разрешенные ВК и Телеграм монетизации поддаются с большим трудом. Т.о. инициативы по снятию запрета на запрещенные сети - не более чем попытка заинтересованных и финансово пострадавших блогеров, вернуться в понятный и коммерчески успешный бизнес. Политики тут точно ни на грош.
