Дело было в ноябре 2008 года. На фото, за которые большой респект псковскому журналисту, нашему коллеге Сергею Васильеву, Спасский играет против тогдашнего губернатора Псковской области Михаила Кузнецова, вице-спикера областного Собрания Валентина Каленского и ряда других псковских випов той эпохи.
