Одновременно, согласно этой идее, будет сокращена численность сотрудников вдвое, что позволит повысить им зарплату в 4 раза. МВД также призвало оптимизировать расходы силовых ведомств — в том числе за счет пенсий и срока ношения формы сотрудников. Также предлагается перевести часть сотрудников органов внутренних дел на гражданскую службу, сократив численность силовиков на 15%.
АП просит представить предложения по оптимизации МВД с учетом предлагаемого Минфином подхода. «Вопрос все еще на повестке дня, но создать такую структуру будет очень сложно из-за «организационных накладок», пока идеи чиновников на этот счет сырые», - уточнил собеседник.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
