Филиал АО «Квадра» проводил акцию «В Новый год без долгов». Клиентам надо было в срок с 1 по 31 декабря оплатить просроченную задолженность и текущие начисления за ноябрь, чтобы автоматически были списаны пени.
Акцией воспользовались более 3 000 смолян. Они оплатили задолженность в размере 13 миллионов рублей, из них самой большое суммой, оплаченной одним клиентом, стало 159 000 рублей.
По результатам акции со смолян было списано 5,5 миллионов рублей пени. В акции не смогли принять участие только те клиенты, по долгу которых уже имеется судебное решение.
