Судя по кадрам, все красиво. Есть детская зона с багажной лентой и пунктом досмотра, для участников "Аэрофлот Бонус" элитных уровней – отдельный этаж, для всех остальных – кафе, зона ожидания.
Главное, чтобы ожидание не было слишком долгим. В отзывах на предыдущий офис на "Белорусской" были жалобы на очереди и долгое обслуживание, некоторым приходилось ждать часами. Тот офис больше не работает, как и офис на Арбате.
