Как пояснил председатель Комитета Мособлдумы по аграрной политике и потребительскому рынку Сергей Керселян, в федеральном законодательстве уже установлены требования к содержанию животных, в том числе домашних. Но при этом в административном кодексе не была прописана ответственность за нарушения требований в отношении домашних животных.
Теперь принятым законом прописаны штрафы за несоблюдение правил содержания домашних животных.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
