Прокуратура Красногвардейского района по коллективному обращению граждан провела проверку соблюдения требований законодательства в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства.
Установлено, что управление и обслуживание многоквартирного дома 60 по ул. Гранитной осуществляет ООО «Жилкомсервис №1 Красногвардейского района».
Проверка прокуратуры показала, что подвальное помещение дома затоплено, работы по нанесению специального антикоррозийного покрытия на трубопроводы горячего и холодного водоснабжения не выполнены. Кроме того, один из подъездов дома не отапливается.
Прокуратура района внесла представление в адрес управляющей компании, которое находится на рассмотрении. Фактическое устранение нарушений контролируется
