Российскаявакцина от аллергии на пыльцу берёзы успешно прошла первый этап испытаний

Препарат стимулирует выработку антител, которые препятствуют соединению IgE-антител пациента с аллергенами. В отличие от традиционной АСИТ (аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии), где требуется до 30 инъекций, новый метод предполагает:
👤 3-5 уколов в первый год терапии 👤 До 2 уколов перед сезонами цветения в последующие годы
Новая вакцина не вызывает аллергических реакций, не токсична и сохраняет эффективность даже при многократной передозировке.
Вторая и третья фаза испытаний будут объединены. Летом 2025 года разработчики представят предварительные итоги на Всемирном иммунологическом конгрессе в Австрии.
