Сбер в своих облаках летает. Оказывается местные оналитики насчитали, что качество работы застройщика и репутация в топе при поиске квартиры. Серьезно? Если бы это так было, то никто бы квартиры не покупал на первичке так как ебучие девелоперы не могут сроки…

Наглядный показатель, что девелоперы пиздоболы редкостные, есть на сайте домарф. Ткнув на кнопку "проверить новостройку" вы увидите супер невеселую статистику по просрочкам сдачи домов. И это такой пиздец на уровне сдача дома, не на уровне выдача ключей (там ещё все хуже может быть). Про качество стройки, продукта, совпадение картинок - визуализация - реальность - молчать можно.

Топ просрочек среди крупняка:
МИЦ - 80%
А101 - 64%
Интеко - 62%
Крост - 54%
Самолет - 47%
MR - 34%
Эталон - 26%
Колхозники ЛСР - 21%
Гранель - 11%
ПИК - 11%

Вот такая норма на рынке. А потом все удивляются, плачут горючими слезами, что ключи задержали платить ипотеку и аренду одновременно нечем и тд и тп. А Сбербанк с умным ебалом расскажет для понта, что репутация на рынке важнее всего. Праздник лицемерия да и только!

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
