Гранель уже тендерит разработку ПД на Каширское шоссе, 1, а значит через полгода на южном направлении будет ещё один проект в архитектурном стиле "говнострой", который отожрет рынок.

Гранель активно шуршит по проекту Каширское, 1. Скоро будет Майприорити Каширка.

Гранелька сильно "поднялась" за последние 2 года. Реально, такого резкого перехода из подмосковных ебенищ в нормальные локации Москвы не делал никто. Понятное дело, что качество строительства, продукт, маркетинг сделать такой переход не смогли. Только чемодан набили нормальными площадками, а там будь что будет.
