Собственно проект "Ленинградский, 36 к13". Высота - 150 метров, изначально планировали 100 метров. Но чет 100 метров выглядело плохо, поэтому стало 150.

Юлий Борисов представил "не коробочную" концепцию. Выглядит свежо. Выбрали и защищают на совете 55 вариантов фасада.

Всем вроде понравилось, но недоволен маэстро Скуратов, он явно ставит дизлайк. Говорит, что надо строить выше и тоньше.
