ТЦ Старт - это 1,8 га площади дорого московской землицы, где можно воткнуть под 50 тыс. кв. м чего-то крайне полезного: жилья или офисников. Рядом ещё Бэсткону принадлежит 50% гостиницы Аэростар (2), так что проект может подрасти по ТЭПам.
