Не обошлось и без общественных простраств. В части Nicole Club будет премиальный ритейл, гастрономические проекты, ивент-пространства и коворкинг класса "А". Ну и базовые вещи для проектов такого уровня: клуб леди и джентльменов, детская зона, спа-центр с бассейном.
