Говорят, что сегодня или в понедельник должен выйти в продажи проект ПИКа - "Плеханова, 11", что в промзоне Прожектор. Этот проект давно висит в анонсах, был замечен в списке, того, что ПИК бы мог продать, но все же, должен стартовать. А вот Барвиха - Усово-Тупик среди анонсов ПИКа с сайта пропала.
