Как-то пропустили проект в нашей любимой Мневниковской пойме. Вместе с международной академией хоккея, построят ещё корпус недурных апартаментов как по цене, так и по площади.

Видно, что локацию так сильно раскачали, что даже такой небольшой домик имеет средний прайс под мульт рублей за метр. Круто-та.
