Vesper меняет ПЗЗ на свой проект "Погодинская, 24", чет как-то ребята долго возятся с этой площадкой, особенно на фоне ДС, который уже давно вывел и продает проект соседний ЗУ - проект "Дом XXII". Пока никаких вменяемых картинок по проекту не мелькало, ждем наброски, чем удивит самый элитный девелопер в Хамовниках.
