В оригинальном рецепте, конечно, советуют запечь свежую тыкву в духовке. Но, если хотите быстро, то можно взять и детское пюре 🤡
Всё предельно просто ⬇️
🟠делаем эспрессо любым удобным вам способом; 🟠в ковшик наливаем молоко, добавляем тыквенное пюре, сахар, специи (корица, мускатный орех), нагреваем, но не кипятим; 🟠потом я еще немного взбила получившуюся смесь в капучинаторе (этот шаг можно пропустить); 🟠смешиваем и - вуаля!
Можно регулировать сладость и пряность. И найти идеальное соотношение для себя.
