✅Цветная капуста свежая- 700-800 г (вес соцветий) ✅Мука (смесь рисовой и кукурузной, но можно брать любую, а также отруби, панировочные сухари и т.п.)- 50 г ✅Крахмал- 1 ст. л. ✅Паприка- 1 ст. л. (неполная) ✅Куркума- 1 ст. л. (неполная) ✅Чеснок сухой- 1 ч. л. ✅Соль- 1 ч. л. ✅Растительное масло- 5 ст. л.
✏️Капусту моем и разбираем на соцветия. ✏️В отдельную миску насыпаем муку. Добавляем крахмал. Паприку (можно копченую). Куркуму. Сухой чеснок. Соль. Растительное масло (например, оливковое). Перемешиваем. ✏️Добавляем смесь к цветной капусту. Тщательно перемешиваем, лучше руками. Выкладываем на противень с бумагой. Запекаем 20-30 минут при 220°. Ангела за трапезой!😇
