✅Картофель в мундире- 4 шт. ✅Лук- 1 шт. ✅Брокколи- 6-8 соцветий. ✅Соль- по вкусу. ✅Растительное масло- 2 ст. л.
✏️Картофель отвариваем в мундире. Очищаем и натираем на крупной терке. ✏️Брокколи отвариваем в подсоленной воде. Воду сливаем и измельчаем блендером. Если пюре получилось слишком жидкое, то можно от кинуть его на сито. ✏️Лук обжариваем на растительном масле до прозрачности. ✏️Смешиваем натёртый картофель, пюре из брокколи и обжаренный лук. Соль по вкусу. ✏️Формируем небольшие палочки. Смазываем растительным маслом и запекаем 15 минут под грилем при 180°. Ангела да трапезой!😇
