В Кировском районе Перми достроили проблемный дом на ул. Сокольская, 10б. Об этом на своём официальном сайте сообщает Министерство строительства Пермского края.
В ведомстве добавили, что это самый большой долгострой краевой столицы. Общая площадь дома порядка 17 тыс. кв. м. Всего в здании более 350 квартир. Застройщик обязался сдать дом ещё 6 лет назад. Однако договорённости так и не выполнил.
