Председатель Синодального отдела РПЦ по взаимоотношениям Церкви с обществом и СМИ Владимир Легойда объяснил сегодняшние обыски СБУ и поиски агентов российских спецслужб в Лавре бессильной злобой.
«В условиях эскалации конфликта злоба выплескивается на тех, кто беззащитен и виновен уж тем, что поклоняется тем же святым, совершает богослужение на том же общем древнем языке, что и Церковь, провозглашенная "вражеской"», — заявил Легойда.
Помимо Киево-Печерской Лавры, одной из самых почитаемых и древних православных святынь на территории современной Украины, обыски проводятся в еще двух монастырях Сарненско-Полесской епархии УПЦ в Ровенской области. На кадрах — эпизоды обысков в Лавре.
