Ледовый парк в Якутске открыл свои двери! ❄️🎉

В городе немного потеплело, и жители уже наслаждаются зимними развлечениями в ледовом парке. Катания на тюбингах, снегоходах, зорбах, прогулки по яркому ледяному лабиринту и спуски с 200-метровой горки – всё это доступно для посетителей. А после активного отдыха можно согреться горячим чаем в кафе.

Ледовые и снежные скульптуры создают особую атмосферу, а вечером всех ждёт праздничный салют! 🎆

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
