Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
