В двухэтажном здании откроют семь групп для детей разного возраста. По проекту есть музыкальный и спортивный залы, медблок, пищеблок, кабинет логопеда и административные помещения. Сейчас идёт отделка и установка коммуникаций. На территории садика — беседки, игровые и развивающие площадки, освещение, тротуары и ограждение.
Планируется, что учреждение откроет свои двери в 2025 году.
