Две крупнейшие сети АЗС Армении — "Флеш" и CPS — оштрафованы на 10 млн драмов каждая (около $26 тыс) за невыдачу кассовых чеков. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба Комитета госдоходов Армении.
В сентябре за аналогичные нарушения к ответственности привлекли 249 компаний, 11 из которых получили штрафы свыше 1 млн драмов. Помимо "Флеш" и CPS, среди нарушителей оказались менее известные компании. Общая сумма наложенных взысканий составила около 131 млн драмов (чуть более $335 тыс).

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
