Ранее Мосгорсуд отклонил апелляцию на арест Комлевой, а дело вернул в Басманный суд для устранения нарушений, так как Ольга не была ознакомлена с некоторыми материалами.
Ольгу Комлеву обвиняют якобы в «участии в экстремистском сообществе», ей грозит до 6 лет лишения свободы.
