ИНОСТРАНЦАМ ЗАПРЕТИЛИ РАБОТАТЬ В ВОЕННОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ, ОБРАЗОВАНИИ И ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИИ
На территории Саратовской области расширяются сферы деятельности, где вводится запрет на привлечение иностранных граждан, работающих по патенту. Об этом заявил губернатор Роман Бусаргин.
Добавляются следующие сферы:
🔹 деятельность органов государственного управления по обеспечению военной безопасности; 🔹 обязательное социальное обеспечение (код 84); 🔹 образование (код 85); 🔹 деятельность в области здравоохранения и социальных услуг (раздел Q).
Работодатели обязаны привести численность иностранных работников в соответствие с запретом до 01 марта 2025 года.
В регионе с мая запрещён наём гастарбайтеров на перевозку пассажиров, в общепит, на продажу продуктов и курьерскую деятельность.
