Лидерами по сбору ржи являются Татарстан (144,3 тысячи тонн), Оренбургская область (140 тысяч тонн), Башкортостан (132,1 тысячи тонн) и Кировская область (101,1 тысячи тонн),
В 2024 году под озимой рожью в в 33 муниципальных районах Саратовской области было занято 37,9 тысячи гектаров. Наибольшие площади под этой культурой находились в Красноармейском, Ровенском и Балаковском районах. Наибольший валовой сбор ржи был получен в Красноармейском муниципальном районе и составил 9,3 тысячи тонн.
Кроме того, Саратовская область является важным центром производства семян озимой и яровой ржи не только для нашего региона, но и для других субъектов Федерации.
