Alle Zutaten in einem Mixer zu einer homogenen Masse vermengen, in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform geben, glatt streichen, auf Wunsch mit den gehackten Pistazien dekorieren und für 30 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank stellen. Danach in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden und im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren.
