لا نظر إلى القائلين من المجتهدين بل إلى أقوالهم ومداركها قوة وضعفًا، ونعني بالقوة ما يوجب وقوف الذهن عندها وتعلق ذي الفطنة بسبيلها لانتهاض الحجة بها؛ فإن الحجة لو انتهضت بها لما كنا مخالفين لها.
إذا عرفت هذا فمن قوي مدركه اعتد بخلافه وإن كانت مرتبته [في الاجتهاد] دون مرتبة مخالفه، ومن ضعف مدركه لم يعتد بخلافه وإن كانت مرتبته أرفع، وربما قوي مدرك بعضهم في بعض المسائل دون بعض؛ بل هذا لا يخلو عنه مجتهد.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
